Reigning World and Olympic Mountain Bike Champion Paola Pezzo of Italy tested positive for the strength-building hormone Nandrolone, according to published reports in Italy's La Gazzetta Dello Sport. Continued.

DRESS FOR SUCCESS

Nothing can make you more miserable on a long ride than wearing the wrong clothes (except, perhaps, for a series of mechanical failures). Not all biking weather is created equally, but with the variety of clothing options available you can be comfortable riding in Moab in May or Denver in January. Continued.
