(I'm getting a lot of e-mails from Norwegians who believes she's from Norway.)
BACKGROUND
Vendela Kirsebom has been a model for about 10 years, since she was about 18-19 years old. She was discovered by Eileen Ford at a restaurant in Stockholm, Sweden, when she was 13 years old.
Her first contract as a model in the USA was with Elizabeth Arden, but it is over, and now she works as a spokesperson for Almay.

Earlier this year she was named the new spokesperson for the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), great to see a model who's not as intelligent as she's ugly. (No offense Pam!)

She's also worked as an actor in a couple of TV-shows, Murphy Brown for example (Have a look at the video clip from that part, below the image thumbnails.), and she will also appear in the next Batman movie, as Mrs Freeze, along with Arnold Schwarzenegger who acts in the role of Mr Freeze.

And, in August this year, she will marry the norwegian businessman Olaf Thomassen, and the marriage will take part in Sweden, Vendelas home country.

(Norwegians, think about this: If she is norwegian, why should they get married in sweden if both the groom and the bride is from Norway? I only know one answer to that question.)
